Fred Johnson hired as Managing Director Investment Banking
Barrington Research is pleased to announce that Fred Johnson has joined the firm as a Managing Director with the Investment Banking team.
Mr. Johnson was previously Managing Director and Head of Confidential Offerings at William Blair. Mr. Johnson also spent 10 years as an Investment Banker with A.G. Edwards (and one with its successor, Wachovia) where he was a Managing Director in the Equity Private Placements Group focused on raising private capital for small-cap public companies. Mr. Johnson will focus on developing Barrington’s public company equity franchise, leveraging Barrington’s research efforts. He has transaction experience across a broad array of growth sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare and life sciences.
